The Pubs Code and Guest Beer provisions

We are writing to you following your debate in the House of Commons on the issue of ‘guest beers’ in relation to the Pubs Code on 12th November.

First of all, thank you for leading this important debate, we were delighted you chose this topic and secured the debate and we listened with interest – and very strongly share your view that small brewers in Cumbria – and the rest of the UK – are unfairly restricted from supplying their beers to so many pubs, including in their own locality.
