The Campaign for Pubs has written to the Scottish Pubs Code Adjudicator expressing concern at the inadequate guidance regarding the Guest Beer Right and laying out the ways that pubcos will sidestep and thwart it if left unchallenged.

Here we lay out what a genuine guest beer right is – i.e. one with no involvement or interference by the pub-owner.
