This is the Campaign for Pubs Response to the UK Government (Department of Business and Trade) Statutory review of Pubs Code and Pubs Code Adjudicator 2022 to 2025. 

In the response we set out why and how the Pubs Code and PCA have failed to achieve the objectives of the legislation.
