We wanted to follow-up with you on the crucial issue of direct engagements with tenants, as Pubs Code Adjudicator.

First of all, thanks very much for agreeing to the two tenant roundtable meetings. It was a shame that several tenants were unable to make it, in each case for understandable reasons. Nonetheless, we think it was positive that you met with and were able to hear from several tenants and former tenants about how they view the relationship between tenant and the regulated pub companies and how fair they think their business models are.
